INFLUENCER CAMPAIGN COORDINATOR (AUSTRALIA – PART-TIME / FREELANCE)

Salary: AUD$1,500 – $3,500/month (£780 – £1,890) 2-3 days per week
The Influencer Campaign Coordinator will support the execution of influencer activity for a key client launching in Australia. This is an ongoing, part-time freelance role (not a fixed-term contract), designed to provide on-the-ground support and act as an extension of the global Disrupt team across time zones.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly in-market, with a focus on tracking live content, maintaining quality control, and supporting real-time communication between influencers, agents, internal teams, and the client.

Supporting smooth communication with influencers and agents to maintain strong working relationships and resolve issues quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Coordination & Execution
Track influencer content going live across platforms, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Monitor posts for accuracy, including tagging, messaging, timing, correct use of links and platform requirements.
Flag and resolve any issues in real time to ensure campaigns remain on track.
Strengthen and grow client relationships by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating measurable business impact.
Influencer & Agent Liaison
Act as a point of contact for influencers and talent agents in Australia.
Support communication ahead of and following content going live, ensuring clarity on expectations and deliverables.
Help coordinate updates, changes, or follow-ups where required.
Reporting & Communication
Provide timely updates to internal teams and the client on campaign progress.
Maintain clear records of live activity and status tracking.
Escalate risks or issues proactively to ensure quick resolution.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with global account and campaign teams to ensure alignment.
Act as the local market touchpoint, bridging communication across time zones.
