What you will do

As an Account Executive, you’ll support the wider Account Management team across a variety of client campaigns. You’ll take ownership of smaller projects, help keep larger campaigns moving smoothly, and build strong relationships with clients, creators, and collaborators.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Research relevant creators, trends, and insights to inform smart campaign planning.
  
  

• Outreach and negotiate with influencers and agents to secure talent.
  
  

• Support with campaign reporting, insights, and performance evaluation.
  
  

• Provide reliable administrative support – from timelines to team tools.
  
  

• Draft and share status updates, meeting notes, contact reports, and schedules.
  
  

• Follow internal processes for POs, contracts, and invoicing.
  
  

• Ensure documents are accurate and files are well-organised.
  
  

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, and talent.
  
  

• Maintain and update our influencer/talent database with key learnings and contacts.
  
  

• Contribute to brainstorms, creative sessions, and campaign proposals.
  
  

• Support with team-wide projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Our Interview Process

We value transparency and want you to feel prepared every step of the way:

1. Introductory Call – A brief conversation to learn more about you and your interests.(15-20 mins)
   

2. First Interview – Meet with two members of our Account Management team to discuss your experience and the role. (45-60mins)

1. Final Interview – Showcase your skills through a relevant task and discuss with our Senior Director of Influencer Services and a Senior Account Manager. (45-60mins)
